Transparent options. Travel expenses billed at cost.
Tier 2 — 1 Day In‑Person
- Local (AZ): + gas & mileage
- Outside AZ: + flights & hotel
Tier 3 — Multi‑Day Training
Minimum 2 days.
- Local (AZ): + gas & mileage
- Outside AZ: + flights & hotel
Notes: In‑person offerings include travel billed at cost. For outside Arizona, flights and hotel are required. Multi‑day training requires a 2‑day minimum.
Billing & Invoicing
Clear terms and a simple invoice you can print or save as PDF.
Standard Process
- Proposal/Quote: We confirm scope, date(s), and pricing tier.
- Agreement/PO: District issues a PO or signs our service agreement; W‑9 available upon request.
- Delivery: Session(s) delivered as scheduled.
- Invoice: Sent after delivery (or per schedule for multi‑day). Net 30 by default.
- Payment: Check or ACH preferred; remit details provided on invoice.
Travel billed at cost (gas & mileage when local in AZ; flights & hotel when outside AZ).
